File Menu - This menu is used to access the database screens and create reports using the print commands. This menu has the following items:

	Database Connect - Set the connection to the database
	Database Open - Open the database using the specified connection.
	Database Close - Close the database and update any changed records that are not committed.
	Account Groups View - Create and edit account groups.
	Serviceman View - Create, remove or edit servicemen from the system
	Accounts View - This is the main view of the database where you can create, edit and delete accounts for your business.
	Print Setup - Select and setup a printer for printing reports.
	Print Reports - Select and print reports.
	Backup - Creates a backup file from the database. The file is located in the SQL Server backup directory.
	Restore - Restores the database from the last backup.
	Exit - Exit SystemPro and close the database.

Edit Menu - This menu is used to access the edit functions from Windows®

	Cut - Copy the contents of a data field to the clipboard and then remove the value from the field.
	Copy - Copy the contents of a data field to the clipboard and leave the field unchanged.
	Paste - Copy the contents of the clipboard to a data field.

Window Menu - Arrange the views to make finding what you are looking for easier.

	Cascade - The windows are stacked on top of each other with the title of each window visible so that you can select the window you need.
	Tile Horizontally - Windows are arranged next to each other in horizontal rows as allowed by Windows®
	Tile Vertically - Windows are arranged next to each other in vertical columns as allowed by Windows®
	Minimize All - All windows are minimized in the workspace.
	Arrange All - Windows are arranged to be visible. Generally Windows® will not do anything with this command if any part of a window is visible, but it can help locate completely hidden windows.

Help Menu

	Help - Display this help system.
	About - Show the program About Window that includes registration information and program version information.
