Status Line
The status line above shows the message section (first section) of the status line
displaying a data field prompt. The next section shows the state of the database as
"open". This section of the status line could also show closed. Then third section
of the status line is the insert record indicator. It is blank in the above image to
indicate that the current record is not being inserted. The final section of the
status line is the edit record indicator. It is showing "EDT" indicating that the
record is being edited.
The above image of the last part of the status bar shows the record is a new
record inserting into the database.
